About retreat

It's time to prepare our body for Fall season, and I've found perfect place for YOU to really retreat yourself!
In this weekend we will relax, enjoy amazing Tarcin nature ( the place IS located in forest), take morning walks through forest,
practice Yoga early in the morning, explore Tension release method to really clean our nervous system and enjoy evenings in each other company. 

Why Tarcin?

 I really wanted to find a luxurious place for you where you can fully pamper yourself, treat yourself with amazing food, sleep in eco friendly rooms, use spa to rejuvenate your body and plus- get some Yoga & shake your body to release all that stored tension. Tarcin is amazing forest, perfect place to ground ourselves in Fall season.


FRIDAY, September 28th 5 -7p.m. arrival to Tarcin Forest resort
7-8p.m- dinner
8.30p.m- 9.30 p.m- opening circle & introduction on weekend program

7a.m.- Morning meditation & Yoga practice
9a.m.- breakfast
FREE TIME- this will be time for walking in nature, alone or in the company
1p.m.- lunch
4p.m.- AFTERNOON TRE practice ( Tension & Trauma release)
5.45p.m.- dinner
7p.m.- SPA time

7a.m. - Morning meditation & yoga practice
9a.m.- breakfast
10am.- time together until lunch ( we go with the flow)
1p.m.- lunch
3p.m.- TRE practice
4p.m.- 5.30 closing circle

Included in price

- 3 Yoga sessions and 2 TRE sessions;
- 2 nights in cosy spacious rooms, each featuring a balcony and eco friendly amenities;
- Tea & Coffee making facilities in the rooms;
- 2 full aboard meals ( breakfast, lunch, dinner- vegetarian & vegan options will be available, food is organic & local);
- Internet corner
- Complimentary access to our Wellness & Spa with swimming pool, saunas, hammam, fitness centre (massages are also available at extra charge)

Deposit 50 euros to be paid by September 15th

We can organize a transport from Sarajevo in additional charge that you will be informed about.
